Who said wearing two different shoes was wrong?

So a couple of weeks ago I had to get up early and go to a human resource conference.  That morning it was really dark, and I normally get ready in the dark anyway because Ryan works nights and so I don't like to wake him up in the morning.  So off I went to the conference, all dressed up as a professional trying to be a grown up...I went to the conference, left the conference and went to work, had meetings, and finally it was time for lunch.  As I was walking to the break room I realized that I had a limp.  I thought to myself, "hmm my back must be out of line again" (when my back gets tweaked, one leg gets longer than the other until I go get it adjusted).  So as I was thinking that I looked down and was astonished.  I was mortified.  I was completely embarrassed!  I HAD TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT SHOES ON!!! AND DIDN'T NOTICE UNTIL THE AFTERNOON!  I also just had to keep wearing them, because there was no way I'd drive clear down to Layton again, just to get my other shoe.
